2. Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact us at orangecyborgusa@gmail.com and include your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized products, worn or used items, and items returned after 30 days are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
